He can still merc that fucker and his homeboy jd. At least according to the highest court of the land. When if they change course, he'll be dead before he faces consequences, so fuck it my guy, piss on the tree of liberty with fascist kidney stones.

That would put speaker of the house Mike Johnson into office... So you'd usher in Christian Fundamentalism.

We already have that coming. But fuck it, merc him too. At this point who gives a shit? Biden is immune to the law right now, give these fucks a red wedding. The ideal of peaceable transition is dead and a government of/by the people is a Neolithic fossil. He should just go for broke and bring about the reckoning this country has needed since 1865.

Biden is immune to the law right now

People keep saying this, but this isn't true. SCOTUS very specifically made sure that "official actions" are defined by SCOTUS. And they have absolutely no definitions. They get to decide who's king. There's no way they would allow a Democrat the same privileges as their Nazi buddies.

That being said, joe should drone strike Mar a Lago with a tactical nuke yesterday.

I mean technically if we're going that route you could also pick off a few "troublesome" justices as well. I'm just not sure holding a gun to everyone's head is a good path to go down.

Not that I'm happy with the path we're heading down as is.

Until the GOP decides to stop holding a gun to everyone else's heads, we might need to hold a gun to theirs. It's a shit situation but appeasement NEVER works with these people. Force is necessary.
