I think the point the OP is (badly) trying to make is that lemmy.cafe is blocking leftists instances while federating with reactionary instances (such as exploding heads and others) and pedophilic instances. So people suggesting lemmy.cafe as a way to escape the "tankie influence" are pushing people to have visibility on bigotry and CSAM instead.
Note that I haven't checked the federation list of lemmy.cafe. I am just explaining how I understand the meme.
