For example, you somehow believe that 15 minute cities would require permission to leave? That's not just a conspiracy theory, it's a crackpot conspiracy theory.

Yes, it's a direct slippery slope to the Holocaust. Today you don't need a car for shopping, tomorrow you wake up in the gas chamber. Why else do they need to concentrate people in cities? WAKE UP SHEEPLE!
You didn't explain what individual freedoms one has to give up when all necessities are reachable in 15 minutes or less, but that's not necessary, is it?
