This rule is just BS imo. Young drivers should be allowed to get all the track time they can.
The only issue I see here is that that might affect the richer drivers of the bunch since they can pay for more track time.
That is probably the reason why this rule exists. It didnt exist back when people like Max and Lance were coming through, and you can guess that certain kids were getting lots of private tests when others didnt.
Exactly! I think it is a good rule.
